It was agreed that the group truly came together this weekend. We had already got these two branches running successfully without a hitch, but in any partnership, there will be a period of EITHER drifting apart OR a period of growing mutual respect. It seems we as a group have learned to get on very well. The minutes were worked through very efficiently and all discussions were very positive.
The general tenet was that our underlying strength was indeed built on just getting on with the job, whilst adhering to a group understanding as to how things should be done. Our principles prove that dedication and complete belief (and a modest investment) is our route to a successful independent practice.
